Taylor Swift‘s rock n’ roll makeover for Vogue has definitely stuck.
The one-time country cutie has embraced her edgier side since debuting her bleach blonde tresses, once again opting for a look more Rock-and-Roll-Hall-of-Fame than Grand-Ole-Opry while out in New York City on Saturday.
Spending the night at Up and Down Club with Victoria’s Secret model Martha Hunt, Swift picked a lace black Haney jumpsuit with see-through sleeves and pants. The cinched-style is a silhouette she first turned to at last year’s VMAs (maybe the beginning of the 26-year-old’s walk on the wild side).
One thing we can always rely on staying the same in the singer’s style? Her penchant for lace-up booties – a Swift sartorial choice that’s lasted through nearly every album and high-profile boyfriend.
The new Tay was crafted by Anna Wintour, herself, who said she staged the style intervention ahead of the Met Gala “to give Taylor a new look, make her into a sort of a rock n’ roll chick.”
How do you like your Taylor: with knee socks and circle skirts or sequins and platinum hair? Tell us in the comments.
